Fresh Matcha Mojito

  • 1 bamboo scoop of BOOSTĒ  Matcha 
  • 6cl cold water
  • 1/2 lime (to juice)
  • 1/2 lime (to garnish)
  • Half a hand full of fresh mint leaves 
  • A sprig of mint to garnish
  • 2 tea spoons cane sugar 
  • 5cl white rum 
  • A splash of (lime)onade 
  • Half a glass of crushed ice 
How to: 
  1.  Add your BOOSTĒ Matcha in a bowl, together with the 6cl cold water and   whisk until foamy
  2.  Juice 1/2 lime 
  3.  Slice the other half in 4 cubes
  4.  Take a large glass and add the cane sugar, lime parts & mint leaves
  5.  Crush the mint, lime and sugar until juicy 
  6.  Fill up the glass crushed ice
  7.  Add the white rum and fill up with the (lime)onade
  8.  Pour your foamy BOOSTĒ Matcha mixture on top of the crushed ice
  9.  Garnish with a sprig of mint
