Ingredients:
- 1 bamboo scoop of BOOSTĒ Matcha
- 60ml hot water, max 80°C (!)
- 150ml oat milk (soy milk is fine too)
- 1 tea spoon of maple sirup or honey
How to:
- Add your BOOSTĒ Matcha in a bowl, together with 60ml hot water and whisk until foamy
- Foam your plant based milk, we use a milk foamer
If you don't have this at home, you can just warm up your milk - Pour the milk in the BOOSTĒ Chawan
- Now add your foamy BOOSTĒ Matcha to the milk
- Stir to make sure everything is nicely blended
- Top off with the maple sirup or honey
