Frozen Blueberry Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp (plant based) yoghurt
  • 2 tsp BOOSTĒ Wild Blueberry Powder
  • Half frozen banana 
  • Handfull frozen fruits to your taste (I use pineapple and berries)
  • A cup of (plant based oat) milk 
  • 1 tbsp honey 

Toppings:

  • Shredded coconut, dried fruits
  • Any fresh fruit that makes you happy
  • Granola, nuts and/or seeds 

 How to:

  • Mix all ingredients in the  blender until smooth and soft
  • If your blender is having trouble with frozen ingredients, add some milk or yoghurt
  • Cut your fruits and prep toppings 
  • Top with lots of love
  • Enjoy your bowl, you are definitely ready for today!
