Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp (plant based) yoghurt
- 2 tsp BOOSTĒ Wild Blueberry Powder
- Half frozen banana
- Handfull frozen fruits to your taste (I use pineapple and berries)
- A cup of (plant based oat) milk
- 1 tbsp honey
Toppings:
- Shredded coconut, dried fruits
- Any fresh fruit that makes you happy
- Granola, nuts and/or seeds
How to:
- Mix all ingredients in the blender until smooth and soft
- If your blender is having trouble with frozen ingredients, add some milk or yoghurt
- Cut your fruits and prep toppings
- Top with lots of love
- Enjoy your bowl, you are definitely ready for today!
